A new riverside hotel is opening in London in 2014. Morgans Hotel Group has announced it is developing Sea Containers House, between the OXO Tower and Blackfriars Bridge, into a luxury hotel called the Mondrian London. The hotel will feature 360 guest rooms and design inspired by a 1920s transatlantic liner. Expect art deco and nautical touches including a rooftop bar based on the top deck of a cruise liner and a reception with a copper-clad wall, based on a ship's hull. Mondrian London will also house two restaurants, a spa and a 61-seat screening room.
