Ceviche

Made from raw fish, seafood or vegetables marinated in Peruvian lime, a hint of chilli and salt, ceviche is at the heart of this new restaurant's menu – and it's freshly made in front of you at the ceviche bar. Other menu highlights include salads (with a focus on quinoa, which is popular in Peru), Peruvian corn cake, grilled skewers, and pisco sours from the pisco bar.
