52 North Bar & Kitchen opens this week in Poland Street, Soho, serving a selection of British dishes including Gloucester old spot chop, Arbroath smokies fishcake and English trifle. The drinks have a British flavour too: you can try artisan beers from the Harviestoun Brewery in Scotland, wines from Chapel Down vineyard in Kent, and Dunkerton's organic cider from Herefordshire.
